3-Year Warranty Policy

Our 3-year warranty covers defects in material or workmanship discovered after a part leaves our warehouse, provided the part is used in the vehicle and application it was sold for and installed according to standard industry practice. This includes engines, transmissions, diesel and truck engines, and eligible mechanical and electrical components sold through Used Auto Nation.

• Damage from improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance
• Wear items such as gaskets, seals, or fluids replaced during a normal install
• Parts modified, altered, or repaired by a party other than Used Auto Nation
• Cosmetic parts sold explicitly “as-is” or for parts/repair only
• Failure caused by a pre-existing, unrelated mechanical issue in the vehicle

2. Provide your order number, part description, and a description of the issue.
3. Our technicians will review the claim and may request photos, diagnostic codes, or a shop inspection to confirm the defect.
4. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement part, repair, or refund at our discretion, plus reimbursement of standard return shipping.

The 3-year warranty covers the part itself. Labor, diagnostic, and reinstallation costs are not included unless purchased separately as part of an extended labor plan at the time of sale.
