Shipping Policy

In-stock parts typically ship within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation. Engines and transmissions may require an additional inspection or draining step before they leave the warehouse, which can add 1–2 business days.

• Small parts (lighting, electrical, mirrors): 2–5 business days via ground carrier
• Wheels, doors, and body panels: 3–6 business days via ground freight
• Engines and transmissions: 4–10 business days via palletized freight
• Remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time

We ship from whichever of our three warehouses — Trenton, NJ; Houston, TX; or Nashville, TN — has your part in stock and is closest to your delivery address to minimize transit time.

Heavy items ship on a pallet via freight carrier. You will receive tracking and a call to schedule delivery. Please inspect the pallet before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a freight claim.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on part weight, dimensions, and destination. Quote requests include an estimated shipping cost from our team before you commit to an order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email and text (if provided). For freight shipments, our team will call to coordinate a delivery window.
